About the Business:
Sporting the dual crown of Australia’s oldest dairy and Australia’s most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Officer.
Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA’s pristine Southwest region. The Role
Our Customer Service Representatives play a key part of our success at Brownes Dairy. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring that we deliver the best possible service we can. In this role, you will be responsible for day to-day administrative activities and responding to customers’ needs and enquiries.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring they are directed appropriately to the correct area of the business
- Meet and Greet Visitors to site
- General Data Entry and Administrative tasks
- Listen to and manage consumer feedback accordingly
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries/invoicing are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Experience in a Customer Service role, Managing multiple shared inboxes and phone switchboards
- Experience in handling customer feedback – both negative and positive!
- Microsoft Office experience
